Hewlett Packard Enterprise & Leeds Building Society
PMO Manager for a successful technology transformation programme PMO for an $800m contract to deliver a full range of services to Leeds online customers powered by the HP cloud via Windows 10 & MS Office365 resulting in a “Top-Performer Award” from HPE. This was a green-field PMO utilising a hybrid Agile+Waterfall approach. At the end of the programme, I transitioned the PMO into a BAU PMO.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise & Aviva
- Built an EPMO and PMO to service a $1bn 10-year transformation programme resulting in an HP “Top-Performer award” and promotion to Senior PMO Manager.
- Established a PMO to support annual project portfolio of 100 to 150 projects. This PMO was recognised as a top-performing PMO with HP Enterprise Services.
- Technical Authoring of end-user procedural manuals (Security, Quality Assurance & API Guides).
- Successfully lead the project billing processing from up to 18 months in arrears to 99.9% on time.

As PMO Lead I received an EDS top performer award for finding $25m savings over 7 contractual years through identifying system process improvements.
Electronic Data Systems & DSM BV
Successful Windows NT deployment in 100 sites across 26 countries, ranging from 80 to 5k seats per site on a 7,000 seat, 3,500 servers, on-time global transformation. My work spanned build testing, quality assurance, training and deployment. My commitment to the programme resulted in a 44% pay rise acknowledgement and promotion from the engineering and test teams to project manager.
